THE FIRST PHONE CONSULTATION IS FREE. SESSIONS ARE $120.00 AN HOUR. Sessions last 1-2 hours but may be Longer depending on the needs of the family.  

Payment is due after each session. If the client wishes to make a claim with their insurance company for reimbursement of benefits, I will provide the information necessary to the client and insurance company. All major credit cards are accepted as well as check or cash.

Balanced 

My sessions will allow space for every family member to have their voice, opinions, and desires heard. Empowering every individual within a family strengthens the family as a whole. When family relationships are strengthened there is better balance for long-term benefits in the physical, emotional, and relational health of everyone in the family.        

Confidential  

You are in control of your information. What you share with me will remain safe and confidential. I will not talk to any other organization or person in the family unless I have written permission from you. I encourage all family members to be open and honest with each other, but only when they feel safe and ready.  Please read the confidentiality statement below*

Convenient  

I have flexible availability with morning, afternoon, and evening hours on weekdays. With your permission, I will coordinate services with doctors, psychiatrists, schools, and/or probation officers. I accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, home health cards, PayPal or Zelle. I will help with insurance reimbursement. I am available by phone, text, and email to set up a free phone consultation and to schedule an appointment. Video and phone sessions available by request since the pandemic.  

 

* I adhere to HIPPA law and AAMFT and AASECT ethics that all communication between therapist and client is kept private. The only exception is if someone’s life is in danger or when there is suspected child or elder abuse and then the danger will be reported to the proper authorities.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Indiana. I am specifically trained to treat individuals in the context of their relationships such as romantic partners, parent-child relationships, and/or multi-generational relationships. I have worked with families dealing with mental health issues, addictions, communication issues, abuse, divorce, affairs, and life-transitions such as a birth, death, or retirement. 

I am a clinical fellow in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I also belong to the Mormon Mental Health Association (MMHA). I am a wife and a mother of two young adult children.
